Three men killed in Springfield

Three men were stabbed to death during an altercation at a home in Springfield Wednesday night.

Terence Strope, 38; Ryan Strope, 26; and Andres Yelicie, 26, all of Springfield, were the 16th, 17th and 18th homicide vicitims in the county this year, according to Fairfax County Police.

Police were called to the 5400 block of Moultrie Road around 9:45 p.m. Nov. 19 after receiving a report about an injured man. Officers found the injured man outside and determined that there were other injured victims in a home across the street, police officials said. They entered that home and found the two other victims.

All three men were taken to Inova Fairfax Hospital, where they died a short time later.

Homicide detectives and crime scene investigators are continuing the investigation.
