Panchero's set to open doors
As part of an aggressive national expansion plan, Panchero's Mexican Grill is coming to Fairfax County.
The company, best known for its homemade tortillas and large portions, will open its first area restaurant at Centreville Square on Dec. 4.
According to Hazan Rizvi, director of operations for the new store, the Panchero's concept is to combine fresh, high-quality ingredients with large portions to create a superior product.
Panchero's also uses a deli-style service designed to involve the customer in the preparation of the custom-made product. Display cooking with an upscale decor enhances the overall experience.
