BRAC planning report online

The Fairfax County Department of Planning and Zoning has released a report of existing conditions around areas expected to be impacted by the relocation of thousands of federal workers in 2011.

The existing conditions report is available at www.fairfaxcounty.gov/dpz/apr/brac/existingconditions.

The report contains a study of existing, zoned and planned development in areas around Fort Belvoir and the Engineer Proving Ground.
