DC fine art photographer Frank Stopa and Director of Ikelite Underwater Systems' Photo School, Steve Miller, will share the underwater world through their subsurface imagery and show you how underwater photography is simply an extension of your photography skills with a bit more equipment and training thrown in. Q&A to follow.
