This workshop is designed to explore the cultivation of self-compassion through writing, discussion, meditation, and engaged, embodied exercises. The benefits of self-compassion and its connection to personal growth, meaning, and well-being are solidly established by a growing body of scientific research. Yet many people struggle with the concept of self-compassion and how to experience the awareness, kindness, and sense of connection that self-compassion can engender.
