Are mental health difficulties disrupting your life?

HOPE for Mental Health is a peer-led support group for adults 18+ who are personally dealing with or supporting a family member/friend who is facing a mental health challenge. The group is designed to provide a welcoming, confidential, supportive, and spiritually-enriching environment where participants are encouraged to share their experiences, give and receive comfort and encouragement, and learn how faith and reliance on God can instill hope. People are welcome to attend the HOPE group at any time. Meetings are held at Centreville Presbyterian Church on the first and third Mondays of every month from 7:00-8:30 p.m. beginning March 2nd. Please contact Lauren Mowbray at lauren@cpceco.org for more information.
