HOPE for Mental Health is a support group for adults 18+ who are dealing with mental health challenges of various kinds. The group is designed to provide a welcoming, confidential, supportive, and spiritually-enriching environment where participants are encouraged to share their experiences, give and receive comfort and encouragement, and learn how faith and reliance on God can instill hope.

The group will meet for 12-weeks (with a 13th-week optional celebration) and will follow a topical support group model based on Saddleback Church’s Journey Toward Hope: A Guided Experience. Weekly sessions are “self-contained”—meaning that a person can join the group at any point during the 12-week cycle. Meetings will be held weekly through January 27. Guidebooks and refreshments are provided.
