Boy Scout Troop 1023 members Christopher Rivard of Frederick, John Whipp of Frederick and Jason Holt of Ijamsville look on during the Inauguration Parade on Monday. Ten members of Troop 1023 were chosen by lottery to be part of the directional team for the White House Group. Their duties included directing ticket holders to their correct seat location and answering questions such as what time the parade or inauguration ceremony began. Other members of the troop who attended were Frederick residents Zion Kidd, Timothy Rivard, Thomas Roche and Hudson Smith, Monrovia resident Liam Lindsey and Urbana residents Evan Dann and J.D. Galuardi.
