Submit an Event

Listings for print editions are considered on a space-available basis and information should be submitted at least two weeks before the event. Priority is given to non-profit events of interest to the communities we cover, charitable and free events, and arts and entertainment events such as concerts. For information regarding how to submit a calendar item, email calendar@gazette.net.

Promotional, commercial or business-service items generally are not included in community calendars. For information regarding print and online advertising, email Trina Lapier in Montgomery County, Denny Wilston in Frederick County and Doug Hayes in Prince George's County.

Submissions are reviewed and edited. It can take up to three days for an event to be approved and posted.
